Jai Guru Dev...oh kindest people!...awesome Fire Ceremony...meditating at the dome with thousands of others was extremely powerful...touched off a bout of unstressing which manifested itself in a sore back, a cold, and inability to sleep for several days...it's winding down...my back is fine now...my cold is subsiding and I will be getting a good night's sleep tonight...
about four days after arriving in Fairfield, it began with a bout of anger which I was able to contain pretty well...deep meditation with thousands of others knocked some of my inner stresses loose and it had to come out...
I look forward to being a little bit freer from stress after this bout winds down...

Fire Ceremonies are quite powerful...I chant various Sanskrit verses...and do a whole lot of praying to all ...Jesus, Buddha, Krishna to name a few
